Ever since he was young, Brody has been drawn to architecture, real estate, and homes. His father, Miguel Lluis, brought him along to job sites, which instilled in him the idea that real estate was his dream career path.

After exploring other roles in the industry, and working as an agent for Keller Williams, Lluis set out to start his own brokerage. Partnering with his childhood friend, he built a real estate business that puts relationships and people first.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Sustainability, Lluis blends his market knowledge with his expertise in development. He specializes in the San Fernando Valley, having been born and raised in Southern California, and represents luxury buyers and sellers throughout every neighborhood of Los Angeles.

He is also the project manager for a large-scale development project in the Bahamas that consists of over 30 timeshares. The stunning tropical property has been featured on HGTV.

After Devon witnessed a monotonous and uninspired culture at other brokerages, Cadiz teamed up with his childhood friend to found Cadiz & Lluis. The brokerage's goal is to craft a new mindset around selling, buying, and leasing real estate. Devon wanted to build a company where every employee feels invigorated to show up to work. Committed to transparency, he guides his clients through the process of achieving their real estate aspirations, whether selling, purchasing, renovating, or developing.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Cadiz has a personal connection to the market. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration, which lets him easily explain how the real estate market works in an urban setting while applying the best business practices he has gathered over the years. A skilled negotiator and well connected throughout Los Angeles, Cadiz understands real estate as a seasonal business.
