Becoming a U.S. Citizen Through Real Estate Investment

Obtaining U.S. citizenship can be a complex journey, but with the right guidance, it becomes more manageable. If you're aspiring to become a U.S. citizen, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

One of the pathways to citizenship is through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. This program requires an investment of at least $1,050,000 in a real estate business or other qualifying enterprise. Upon approval, you’ll be granted an EB-5 Visa, a conditional green card valid for two years.

During these two years, you must meet certain conditions:
  • File Form I-829: Ninety days before the two-year period ends, you’ll need to file this form to prove that your investment has been sustained.

  • Create Jobs: Your business must provide direct or indirect employment opportunities.

  • Physical Presence: You must spend sufficient time physically present in the U.S.

  • Active Management: You need to be actively involved in creating jobs or managing the business, rather than simply holding assets like real estate.

If you successfully meet these requirements, the conditions on your green card will be removed, granting you permanent residency.

We collaborate closely with experienced immigration attorneys to ensure a smooth and efficient process. If you’d like more information on how this program works, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
